- Olive oil and coconut oil in equal parts. The amount varies according to the length of your hair: consider that for a short hair a tablespoon of each type of oil is used.

Combine equal parts of olive oil with coconut oil until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Rub the mask all over the scalp and hair. Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse with plenty of water. Repeat its use 2 or 3 times a week.

Soak the pulp of the avocado until you get a paste. Then, mix it in a bowl with plain yogurt.
Application
Apply the mask on dry hair. Leave on for 40 minutes and rinse with warm water. You can use this mixture twice a week in dry hair or once a week in oily hair.

- 1 beer (We recommend using the cheapest supermarket, as the results will be the same).
Application
Open the beer a couple of hours before bathing so that the gas is gone.
Wash your hair as usual and, after rinsing the shampoo, pour all the beer over your head, making sure to soak the hair from the roots to the ends.
